CORVALLIS — Oregon State beat Stanford on Saturday at Reser Stadium.

Final: Beavers 62, Cardinal 17.

Quarterback DJ Uiagalelei threw a pair of touchdown passes and OSU’s run game was dominant — averaging 6.9 yards per carry in the game.

The Beavers are 8-2.

I wrote a column pointing out that Oregon State now gets what it always wanted — a meaningful November game. The victory over Stanford sets up a battle for OSU against undefeated Washington (10-0) next Saturday in Corvallis.
