Let’s cross one bridge at a time. If UW appeals todays decision, and it appears likely, then the question of who votes is delayed…until that decision is finalized, the actual voting on any issues will, likewise, be delayed.

Did the Appeals Court issue an injunction? Then there is no delay. OSU and WSU can proceed to make plans for the PAC12 as they are determined the sole members. Spending the funds was not at the top of the list and so if the division of assets is still up in the air, no big deal. That can wait. The longer the appeals process drags out, the closer we get to the end of the school year and beginning of the period the leavers have left and no longer have anything to do with OSU and WSU. And so operational control of the conference becomes a moot point at the start of June. It is the time between now and then that was in question, but no longer is.

The Pac12 contract expires August 1. Though, some sources have also said it is July 1. The conference "does business" 12 months out of each year.
