Sure, but there is zero progress on that front. Any progress is appreciated. Put as much energy into solving the problem as applying the one day makeup and being a fake

Well, not to turn this sports forum into a social issues one, but I see Portland working hard on this. They are creating new shelter sites that include resources and supervision. The Safe Rest Village near me is expanding from 60 tiny homes to 100. The City is trying to ban camping but has been thwarted so far by the courts. The Governor is investing heavily in changing the situation. It will be a lot of work, and will take time, but I see changes happening. No more from me on this topic. I wish you well.

You forgot to mention the ridiculous amount of money being spent. A little over a decade ago when the property taxes hit $666 dollars as a monthly average I had a revelation and desire to get the hell out.
