Karma is a b#@$ as Gator nation is finding out right about now. All this talk about SEC talent playing 2-3 start talent. The Utes were missing eight starters and still handled Florida easily. Florida only scored because of a dubious non-call on a ball that touched the ground.
Nicely done by Utah. Not surprised - when Wittingham has time to game plan he's as good as anybody in America. And he did it with a short deck. Witt is one of the top 5 coaches in the country...and has been for many years.
The Utes played good enough to win but otherwise a boring game ....compare tonight’s game with the Florida - Oregon State Bowl game last year , and it appears Oregon State is better then Utah this year !....Reser is extremely difficult for opposing teams to win there . Put all your money on OSU against Utah , at Reser this Fall. The Beavs are going to stomp on Utah !! Bet on it !
Responding here and below: I agree Florida is not near as good as their billing. But they are not as weak as made to be in December. OSU also had a lot of players skipping the bowl game to preserve themselves for the NFL draft, including Luke Musgrave and several WRs and DBs. I think what we saw was pretty representative of where both teams are (Florida and OSU). The Utah game tonight cemented how superior to at least the bottom half of the SEC, the top of the PAC12 is. Why again was the PAC12 dissolved?

And yet Florida is an elite team in an elite conference. Its what TV guys tell us
Noticed #2 cable company Spectrum pulled ESPN yesterday.....so those bills from all this college reorg are coming due and who is going to pay them?
TV networks hosed Oregon State big time. I think once this season ends my relationship with cable TV will cease as well. I am not going to pay to watch this gerry rigged set up going forward.

LOL... Florida had half their starters out for that bowl game. Oregon State is a good team but let's not understate the obvious.

The Gators are a has been. Their present/future is eerily reminiscent of what awaits all the defectors in the B1G.
