Remarkable comeback.

PK Park will be electric tomorrow and must have been crazy tonight! Tomorrow will be a tough ticket. Can't wait to see another team from the great Pacific Northwest represent in Omaha!!

Watched the epic comeback all the way from New Zealand. Go Ducks!

I'm pretty certain you watched the game on Saturday. What time of day was it in a simply beautiful country?

Cheers!

Never-been-done before comeback. And crowd support was outstanding! Great job fans and players! If we Beavs can’t be there, “Go Ducks!”

Great photos. A great sports photo is one that captures the emotions of the athlete and the moment. These certainly do. I was at game and Ducks scoring nine runs to win was super but the key to winning that might be overlooked was six scoreless innings by our pitching staff. GO DUCKS

One of the best games I’ve seen, semi or professional; in years, if ever. Great job Oregon…keep it up and continue to persevere.

I watched from the beginning and when they went down 3-0 my husband wasn’t into it anymore so he turned the channel which I was not a fan of but I turned it back on after dinner and boy was I glad I did! It was just so unbelievable that they came back from that huge deficit and beat a team with the streak they’d been on. All I can say is that was some good game play and I’m so stoned for the next game. GO DUCKS!!!

Great comment Barb.

It gets late too early on the Right Coast. Dinner was well over before the 1st pitch was thrown. The Eastern time zone does not make it easy on old men watching sports.

Are you stoned or stoked for the next game? Either one is fine with me.

Go Ducks!

I’m stoked and unfortunately you don’t get to see our great athletes out here. Glad you got to see the game. Another tonight. Take a nap!

Thank you, Barbara.

I used to hate naps in Kindergarten and love them today.

Thank you for the great photos John and thank you Ducks for a thrilling comeback.

I love your line John!

“Improved to 1-96”

Hilarious😂😂

Now the ducks need to focus, Omaha is close.

Went to my granddaughter’s 8th grade “promotion” tonight (awesome, proud of her 3.64 gpa 💗) - came home to the 8-6 score with my Duck husband (4 weeks FHP) giving me play by play, cocktail please, reheated pizza in the pan on the stovetop, 3 more innings, and the Ducks win!

Watched the entire game once I found it on one of ESPN’s channels. What a fantastic game the way the Ducks chipped away inning by inning at ORU’s huge lead! One of the best bb games I’ve ever seen! GO DUCKS!!

Lil’ Bros played well tonight. No doubt about it!

Gary Surgeon's avatar

I will be in PK Park tomorrow for the game channeling memories of Beavs winning the SR's in 06/07/18 brother Tony!

Monte Olsen's avatar

Exactly. And ORU ain’t a bad team as they showed.

The Real Rich's avatar

Exactly right...you don't get to the Super Regionals as a bad team.

Grant's dad's avatar

so tell us...where are the beav's playing this weekend???

A. J.'s avatar

Don’t bring negativity, Mr. Grant’s dad. I was trying to compliment the Lil’ Bros. Let me know when they win a Championship….

Grant's dad's avatar

Obviously you don't know the definition of compliment. That's OK we don't expect much from OSewe fans. Still riding the little short yellow bus???

A. J.'s avatar

Indeed, we rode the bus all the way to three National Championships! So please, let me compliment the Ducks for their great come-back win. I hope they win one of the next two….Seriously

Monte Olsen's avatar

I’m a Beavers and have the same sentiment. Grantsdad needs to settle down and enjoy the process. As for the “little bros” comment, search your memory, grantsdad. That was used in the press and by Duck players and fans many times to describe the Beavs. LOL.

Grant's dad's avatar

good for you...as for "settle down"...tell that to your fellow Beaver fans. I did not start the condescension. A compliment is a compliment. Trolling a site throwing out backhanded condescension is NOT a compliment. No one cares who started or used the term "little bros". Bob M . Johnson (well known unhinged) Beaver fan used it a lot. You know... the same guy (Beaver) that complained in the oregonian and oregon live about written column inches being unfair. {{{rolling my eyes}}}. That said, I'm a good friend of Die Hard Beaver Richard Taylor (of beavermobile fame) ...{{{RIP}}}. He and I could go back and forth all day long and not be insulted. But that all depends on the context and person.

Chip Hilton's avatar

No need to sully the moment. We can take it as well as dish it in a good natured way, which is how I read your clever ripost. what an exciting day this is going to be for our Webfoot friends to the South.

One for the ages for Ducks athletics - "Mighty Oregon!"

Lost in some of this is Oregon's relief pitching - 3 hits and no runs in the last 6 innings. No spectacular comeback without that outstanding performance!

Go Ducks!
