I have to say that the takes that Dana has somehow “lost it” and needs to be let go are absolutely ridiculous. How spoiled are fans to think that a coach 2 years removed from a Pac title and Sweet 16 appearance is now “mired in mediocrity.” I saw a team that had a lot of pieces there last night but that end of day shot 3-19 from 3 point land. A lot of those shots were good looks too. Show me any coach in the land that can overcome shooting that bad? Yes, 2 years of the NIT are disappointing but let’s see the team with a true PG and some shooters before we come to any judgments on his coaching ability.
Dana Altman is a junior version of Jim Boeheim as his program is now firmly entrenched in mediocrity but I don't think the rule of "what have you done for me lately" will apply at Oregon like it did at Syracuse.

John, I was at Matt Knight Arena for UCLA game; somewhat similar, in that the first half was close and competitive, but the 2nd half was NOT.
Here's to hoping the new players for 2024 come on campus early and get connected with returners
