Awesome comeback, everything changed in the second half. Hats off to Dante who played his heart out and led this team to a victory and a memory not many of us thought was coming
It was a great comeback win for oregon. It was great to see Phil Knight at the game. I'm sure he was pleased. Once again John we thank you for our coverage of our beloved Ducks. For Phil Knight and I we are getting closer to a championship. I pray every nite that Phil and Penny Knight will get that National Championship. He's done so much for the University of Oregon and there are a lot of fks don't realize how much He and Penny have done for Stanford. Very Thankful that both of them are in our corner.
And, Boyle was an assistant at Oregon for 3 seasons (for Jerry Green, Pac10). I just thought it was interesting the two head coaches with longest current Pac12 tenure would face off in the last tournament championship. Thought it was apropos. Ain't exactly Lute Olson vs Mike Montgomery, but will do. By the way, Boyle, like Mike Bellotti, was never named coach of the year.
I’ll miss the football and basketball rivalry between Oregon and Arizona. Definitely some great games between the two schools in both sports over the years. And of course arguably the two best college movies of all time(Animal House and Revenge of the Nerds) were filmed at U of O and U of A, also known as Faber College and Adams College. Hopefully the two schools will continue to play each other occasionally in both sports.
The legend of Dana Altman in big games just grows. Amazing what people can do when focused and playing for each other. This one will be remembered for a long time...precisely because nobody saw it coming.
Every March all across the country the top seeds fall in conference tournaments. The trend continues. It's why all teams, and their fans, go into these games with hope.
Probably the most fun, intense, unlikely, and exciting basketball game I’ve ever been a part of as a fan. With at least 75% of the fans being Arizona fans with their cocky chants, etc., and with so much at stake, it was just incredible for us Duck fans. So unexpected. Go Ducks!
I was following the game on the Internet while at work. As I was leaving for the day and saw that Oregon was down by 12 I figured they would lose by at least 20 if not close to 30. What a pleasant surprise to open up espn.com to see they actually had pulled this one out. Wow. It’s never over….
Dana has pulled rabbits out of his hat before, but I really didn't see this coming. Especially being down and out in the first half.
This is something that happened in Vegas, but it's not staying in Vegas. 🦆🦆🦆
What a remarkable game. Glad I was here for it. Amazing.
Glad you're not as speechless as we are.

Great finish

This is why we love March. Go Ducks!
Such a fun game.
Grandpa's will battle for the last Pac12 Tournament championship
343-151 - Dana Altman - Oregon - 14 seasons (13 in Pac12, 1 in Pac10)
295-181 - Tad Boyle - Colorado - 14 seasons (13 in Pac12, 1 in Pac10)

Another B1G vs B12 game.
Fascinating!

Yes! Altman is a great coach and this team has heart. Yes!

Exactly! So unexpected which makes it that much sweeter.
The Oregon coach is of a cut of Gill, Miller, wooden, etc.
Dana Altman should’ve been voted into the coaches’ Hall of Fame several years ago!
Great pictures to go with a nice and timely write up.
Thanks for being here for it.

The College Football Playoff should pay attention...

Very hostile environment.
