I agree with your overall approach and think Vegas would be ideal. I wouldn't push the savings of $7 million per year back to the members though... $600k/year doesn't help schools much. I would spend it on upgrading the sales team and the team that manages the media agreements. More net revenue beats a small cost reduction in my view. I love the new commissioner. Seems like a great hire.

Absolutely right on. Las Vegas is central, has the facilities and connections. It gives the Pac 12 "star" power.

Wasn't even close. So much better energy. I think some of that has to do with the fact that there are a variety of hotels at different budget levels. More accessible to fans and more going on around the game. Big win.
