As an observant fan noted, "Gundy definitely deserved the spanking they got, but it was a classy gesture that was appreciated by those who saw it". All members of our military deserve to be thanked and that was just what Gundy did. That was gracious of him to do that.

We were in section 26 and saw Gundy walk down to the east end zone on his side of the field to shake the veterans hand. It was a touching moment in the midst of a tough day for Gundy. Great to see that part of him.

I'm so glad that you were able to see him thank our veteran that was being honored and that you could see that part of him.

Really appreciate the Gundy vignette. We unfortunately live in an age where some in politics seek to create "us" and "them" and we have to hate "them." Most of us aren't all good or all bad, and the snapshot we had this week of Mike Gundy made him easy to "hate." Good on him for showing us the "Oregon is rich" comment isn't all he is. And thanks for the reminder about the pitfalls of being reflexively judgmental.

Tim - Thanks. Manadatory "cheerleader hair" photo and some nice crowd shots. What is that plush, pink thing with a duck face? Probably some inside joke I'm not privy to but it is creepy:)

Piss off Ducks! Yes, you spend to win, but that isn't what college is supposed to be about.

Is it just me, or does Gundy look a lot like the late, great Mike Leach? And yeah, props to him for his act of reverence.

Really liked the photo of the kids with the giant fists. Appropriate for this game.

No ambush. The point spread at game time was Oregon 28.5 over Oklahoma State. After three Oregon offensive plays, Oregon 13, Oklahoma State O, game over.
