The general pictures are really good, but just from the viewpoint of composition (with no relationship to football), the picture of the little girl with the orange is priceless. That should be sold to the Florida orange growers for a print ad!

They all said TTU would win big fast team. What happened a shut out for Oregon.
Alabama a team that shouldn’t be in the playoffs lost bad to Indiana and now Oregon has no chance to win.
Georgia Ole Miss game a great game but when are they going hold the officials accountable. It looked like Oregon Southern California game just throw the ball in the direction and have the officials call pass interference. The face mask miss call the end of the game it took five minutes to run off a second. It should have been Notre Dame not Alabama in the playoffs now makes the south east conference look weak have to take ESPN out of the mix.
Based in what I saw in the New Years Day games, PI is still the most miscalled (or not) penalty. The face mask the entire country could have called. Several other questionable calls (and not calls) in the OleMiss game. But, still many, many times more entertaining than the Indiana-Alabama sleeper.
The officiating in the last 1/2 of 4th Q was so bad that it looked like the fix was in for Georgia. A couple of face mask penalties not called and then offensive PI that was called instead on Ole Miss defense. I never knew you didn’t have to punt following a safety.
It does kind of cheapen the playoffs. But even if they let 100 teams in the playoff the 101st would complain. I just say separate the teams by conference and let the winners decide where the NC goes. If you don't want to be in a conference than you don't get to go to the playoffs. As far as the refs go what did we do before instant replay? Let the calls stand as called and play on. Good points you have there.
I hate to be negative, or maybe I love it but Oregon looked very weak overall. The Holy Blue Sisters of Poor could of thrashed Oregon on this day. Nerves, I guess, because I have seen them this year look like giant slayers. Texas A+M looked like bunch of pitiful pretenders.
Even this year's Huskies could have beaten the Ducks on this particular day. I know that many readers of this wonderfully written blog will find a way to say how great they Ducks played in there shutout. Congratulations !
Coulda shoulda woulda = huskies. You might try to give TT a little credit that was a fine defense. BTW the Duck Defense played outstanding in the Orange Bowl.

Notre Dame is always overrated, I remember Ara Parseghan and Terry Hanratty and I was listening to an old Zenith radio, great enterainment.
