Canzano: Picking the Week 2 winners (and losers)
Pac-12 undefeated... for now.
The Pac-12 Conference couldn’t do anything right during the last year or so. The university presidents and chancellors tripped all over themselves. The consultants misfired, the commissioner failed, and the conference unraveled.
Then, the football season kicked off and everything went dead, solid, perfect.
Record: 13-0.
In our family we’re intentional about honoring life’s little victories. When the kids get a good report card or score a goal in a youth soccer game we take a moment celebrate. So this is me, honoring the fact that the Pac-12 is the only perfect college football conference in the country. But I’m now interested to see what happens in Week 2 when the Pac-12 faces seven Power 5 opponents in non-conference games.
