The Pac-12 is knee-deep in a media rights negotiation and still needs to take another bite in expansion. The private equity sharks are about to enter the college athletics waters. The WCC Commissioner is tired of “being kept in the dark” by the power conferences. Mediation may soon end the legal fight between the Pac-12 and the Mountain West.
Was it a sign of weakness that the MW initiated mediation?
