Oregon State’s stoic head coach broke character in the final 20 seconds at Reser Stadium on Saturday night. Beavers’ kicker, Everett Hayes, had just drilled a 55-yard field goal to give Bray’s team a 41-38 lead.
The coach paced up the sideline, arms folded, as he usually does — and a slight smile invaded his face.
