The game ended. Oregon State’s ungodly losing streak expired with it. The die-hards who stayed to the end at Reser Stadium didn’t care that the first victory of the football season came in Week 8 against an FCS division school with an enrollment of 2,700.
This was a win.
The first “W” in 329 days for the Beavers.
OSU students did what any reasonable college kid faced with the same circumstance might have done: They hopped the Reser Stadium railing, dropped down to the field, and behaved as if they were running with the bulls on the streets of Pamplona.
