The Grant of Rights signed by the new-world Pac-12 Conference members includes all the expected provisions — economic and otherwise.

Oregon State, Washington State, Gonzaga, Boise State, San Diego State, Fresno State, Colorado State, and Utah State assigned their media rights to the Pac-12 for five years beginning July 1, 2026.

The members also agreed to a performance-based revenue-sharing plan and a hefty withdrawal penalty. And the six new members gave the Pac-12’s two legacy schools — Oregon State and Washington State — an interesting bit of authority.

“Those two have the final say,” one source told me.
