Canzano: Oregon Ducks ready to rumble... but face a big question
Ohio State is up next for Oregon.
Oregon looked special in so many ways on Friday night at Autzen Stadium. A relentless run game. A smothering defense. The Ducks were elite and focused and appeared every bit ready for next weekend’s date with Ohio State.
The Ducks beat Michigan State 31-10.
For the first time this season, I watched UO and saw a team that looked capable of beating the Buckeyes. The Ducks’ defense played mad. The offensive line feasted and blew open holes. And Oregon shocked everyone and kicked a 50-yard field goal.
Friday’s confidence-building victory arrived right on time — but still — there’s one obvious lingering question before Ohio State, isn’t there?
