I’m glad Dan Lanning finally broke his silence. Ghost Protocol wasn’t working for anxious fans of the University of Oregon football program.

The Ducks coach underscored his commitment to Eugene on Thursday, posting a video that ended with a series of crystal-clear phrases.

“If you’re scared your coach is leaving… then come play for us… the Ducks aren’t going anywhere… and I’m not leaving.”
