Canzano: One lawsuit settled... another begins?
Blueprint saga at Oregon State isn't over yet.
Blueprint Sports and the founder of Dam Nation Collective have settled their legal differences. Kyle Bjornstad told me that the $160,000 lawsuit he filed is over.
“I can confirm that the matter has been resolved,” he said.
Is the saga just beginning at Oregon State?
Bjornstad was working in the athletic department with the title of general manager when he resigned last October. He was earning $150,000 a year when he walked into Athletic Director Scott Barnes’ office and threw in the keys.
“I have given OSU the opportunity to make things right,” he told me on Friday. “I want them to take this matter seriously, acknowledge what was done, and be accountable for their actions. That, in my opinion, is a fair and reasonable expectation to have. To this point, they haven’t done that.”
