This week’s mailbag includes questions about the looming House v. NCAA settlement plans, Trail Blazers ownership, trans athletes, Oliver Luck, dogs, cats, and the best Mountain West Conference football stadiums.

I also received questions about Oregon men’s basketball, the WNBA, NHL (or MLB) to PDX, the College Football Playoff, Oregon State, Washington State, and Scottie Scheffler. I even got a question from a current collegiate conference commissioner who is ticked off.
