Canzano: Monday Mailbag deals with Pac-12 road trips, expansion, Ducks-Huskies, NBA, and more
Your questions. My answers.
I’m launching a project this week. I’ll use this week’s mailbag to announce it. I’ve decided to take this column on the road and visit the new-world Pac-12 campuses.
Up first — Boise State.
I promised to go where the best stories are, so I’ll spend a few days this week in Boise, immersing myself in the city, people, campus, and brand. Wednesday’s radio show will be live from Boise. In the coming weeks, I’ll visit Gonzaga, Colorado State, Utah State, Fresno State, San Diego State, and whoever else the Pac-12 adds via expansion.
Who are they? What’s important about them? What makes the fan base and school unique? What mindset does it have as it prepares for entry in 2026 to the Pac-12? What school will be added next via expansion?
I’m in search of answers.

On that note, thanks to all who submitted questions for this week’s mailbag. I received several great ones about the Pac-12 expansion, media rights, Washington and Oregon’s Big Ten shares, the NBA All-Star weekend, pitchers, catchers, and movies.
