Canzano: Monday Mailbag deals with SEC meaning more, Pac-12 blame game, Blazers, and more
Your questions. My answers.
I received smart questions this week for the Monday Mailbag. Someone asked me which Pac-12 schools were more responsible for the downfall of the conference. Others asked about the future of international bowl games, summer vacation plans, college football season, and MLB marketing strategy.
An interesting question came from a reader who wanted to know why football donors at schools in the Big Ten and SEC appear to open their wallets faster than those in the Pacific Time Zone. I asked an SEC athletic director to shed some light on the culture of an SEC fan base and shared his observations.
