Trying to imagine what a $100 million apartment looks like.

In New York, that’s usually a three story brownstone building with the square footage and amenities of a $5 million dollar house here… the other $95 million is for the property, driven by location.

There is smoke coming off of this one! Love it!

Everyone knew this for twenty years and so it isn't news.

Canzano isn't part of the Burt Kolde or Jody Allen clique.

I haven’t been to a game at the Moda Center in five years but I was shocked by how shabby / dirty the seating area was that night. Can’t imagine what it looks like now. Blazers need a complete overhaul, from ownership to the arena. Stay on ‘em, John.

What plausible reason could logically explain why Jody Allen is dragging her feet on sellijng the Zers? It's a head-scratcher.

As a fan, I would love an ownership group that is a passionate about the Blazers as I am. I started following the Blazers their first year, and at times attended games at Memorial Coliseum and sat in the then family section. That said, if you take all the emotion out of it as a fan, the Blazers are an investment. If Vulcan invests no money into the Moda center, continues to run the investment poorly, the investment will still appreciate. So economically, there is no pressure to sell it and incentive to wait. Phil, make them an offer they can't refuse, please!!!

Ya, Jody. How about it?

I can only hope and pray that, before Paul died, he put in his will and pleaded to Jody and Bert, not to move the team and sell it to local investors. That would make sense, because he was a true basketball fan and he understood what the team meant to Portland and the state of Oregon.

Right on, let’s get the Blazers the love they deserve

I totally get that you don’t approve of Jody and Burt’s handling of the Blazers….but do you really think that ragging on her constantly is going to make her accept an unsolicited offer from Knight? Aren’t you remotely worried that she might finally say enough is enough and attempt to move them to Seattle and rename them the Sonics?…

The owners collective and Adam Silver would never approve the Blazers relocation to Seattle or anywhere else. The Sonics are coming back - count on it - as an expansion team. The owners will split the multi-billion dollar franchise fee.

Blazers need to be sold to a person that will keep it in Portland. No we won’t move the franchise to another city. Then they did it anyway. Like they did in Seattle!

I wonder what would happen if they were to add LeBron to the Knight/Smolinisky group. Would that move the needle?

How distracted is Phil right now with the B1G thing? If he had to choose one, which would he choose? Own the Blazers or get the Ducks to the B1G?

Would anything stop a member of the Walton family from buying the team? Having them own two NFL franchises should be raising alarms. Running the same play in the NBA would not be good. I wonder if Silver is paying attention.

Power negotiations, methinks.

The more people keep bugging her about selling the team the longer she’ll take. No one likes to be forced to do something they don’t want to do. Too bad Paul didn’t see this scenario. Needed a time line for selling teams.
