I thought it was cool to see Payton Pritchard win the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year Award. We’ve watched Pritchard grow up, win state titles in high school, become the best player in the Pac-12 at Oregon, and then go to the NBA, where he’s emerged as a key contributor for the Celtics.
His 1,079 points off the bench were the most in the NBA. And Pritchard set a league record in three-pointers made as a non-starter — 255.
