Canzano: Dante Moore made a wise call
Oregon's QB is coming back next sesaon.
Dante Moore was up against it on Wednesday. Literally and figuratively, the University of Oregon quarterback found himself needing to make a decision.
Wednesday was the deadline for underclassmen not playing in the College Football Playoff championship game to declare for the NFL Draft.
Faced with an “In or out?” decision, Moore did a wise thing.
He’s coming back to Eugene next season. Moore said on ESPN’s SportsCenter that he consulted with mentors, and “talked to people I look up to” before deciding to stay in school. I can’t help but think the consultation he did with Indiana’s defense in the CFP semifinal played a key role.
