I’ve always been fascinated by the concept of time travel. Science fiction books and movies about time machines and wormholes have always captured my imagination.
Marty McFly had Doc Brown’s DeLorean in “Back to the Future.” Bill and Ted had that phone booth to fuel their excellent adventure. Years later, in “Interstellar,” Matthew McConaughey found the fifth dimension.
I had an interesting time-travel moment this week. My parents are visiting Oregon. My father, who turns 80 this year, brought two baseball gloves and a ball.
“Let’s play catch,” he said.
